Laura Kreidberg uses data from space-based telescopes. As head of the APEx Department, she combines observation and modeling of exoplanets to study their chemical composition, 3D structure, atmospheric dynamics, and potential habitability. Kreidberg is also involved in several instrument projects that are making major advances in ground-based exoplanet observations, including ELT//METIS and GRAVITY+.
