Katharina Liesenberg is the founder of the associations mehr als wählen e. V. and es geht LOS, which carry out random-based participation formats. Among other things, she has twice organized the Frankfurt Democracy Convention and was involved in the national citizens' councils on Germany's role in the world and on climate. Together with Linus Strothmann, she is the author of the book "We'll Pick You Up." She is a research associate at the Institute for Political Science at TU Darmstadt and is doing her doctorate and teaching on democratic theory."
