Bijan Moini is the head of legal of the Berlin-based Society for Civil Rights (Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte), which pursues strategic litigation. Since 2020, he is also the president of the Everyone Foundation (Stiftung Jeder Mensch), which promotes six new fundamental rights for the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. In 2019, his novel “The Cube” (Der Würfel) was published, followed a year later by “Save our Freedom” (Rettet die Freiheit!); the latter was translated into English. A third book on the German legal system was published in 2021.
