Ondrej is a film and AV media curator and former program director of AFO, Europe's longest-running science documentary festival in the Czech Republic, where he currently works as the main programmer of an international competition. With a background in Cultural Anthropology and Film Studies, he brings extensive expertise in festival programming, documentary production, and international co-productions. Recently relocated to Berlin, Ondrej lectures at Palacky University on film and TV distribution and festival studies, bridging academic research with industry practice. His curatorial work spans cross-cultural storytelling and science communication through film, with a focus on developing emerging documentary voices.
