Fabian Walter, born in 1989, is a tax expert. After successfully completing his master's degree in business taxation at the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg, he worked in a tax consultancy firm and later in the area of advanced education and training for tax consultants.
Since 2020, he has been imparting the German taxpayers with valuable tax-related knowledge as „Steuerfabi“ on social media. Around one million people follow him when he talks about taxes. Among them is German Finance Minister Christian Lindner, with whom he has regular public exchanges.
Walter is committed to improving financial literacy. To this end, he has already spoken at the European Parliament in Brussels, among other places. Fabian Walter lives and works in Freiburg.
