Andreas Martin, studied film and television directing in Hamburg and then received his journalistic training at the Studio Hamburg Group. He then worked as a producer and director for various production companies, where he developed and realised innovative and award-winning science formats such as Homo Digitalis and Helena. the Artificial Intelligence. He currently heads the production department of Autentic GmbH, which was voted into the list of the 100 most important global production companies by the industry magazine Realscreen in 2022. He produces documentaries and formats for the German and international market in the fields of science, history, travel and current affairs. For a series on anti-Semitism, he was nominated for the prestigious Grimme Prize in 2022.
