SILBERSALZ is an international and innovative film and science festival taking place in Halle (Saale) from 29 Oct – 2 Nov 2025 for the eighth time. Combining film screenings, installations, talks, performances, workshops, and panel discussions, SILBERSALZ makes science accessible to a broad audience. The festival is an initiative of Documentary Campus.
We’re looking for support before and during the festival period in the following areas:

Preparations (exhibition set-up, venue branding, etc.)
Dates: 20 Oct – 29 Oct 2025 -
Event Support (exhibitions, film programme, discussion formats, etc.)
Dates: 27 Oct – 2 Nov 2025 -
Conference Programme (support for the Film Industry Workshop)
Dates: 31 Oct – 1 Nov 2025 -
Drivers
Transfer our guests from the airport/main station to hotels and festival venues.
Skills: safe driving, good command of English
Dates: 24 Oct – 3 Nov 2025 -
Runners / All-rounders
Collection & transport of materials; support with set-up and dismantling
Skills: confident driving (car/van), physical fitness, stress resilience
Dates: 22 Oct – 4 Nov 2025
Language: German and English are an advantage in almost all areas.
Pay: €12.82 per hour.
There will be a briefing and kick-off meeting before the festival.
