We are looking for helping hands for the following positions during the festival:
Construction and dismantling of the interactive exhibitions, installations, stages etc.
- Required skills: technical and manual skills
- Period of operation: 1deepl3.06.2022 - 20.06.2022 (times by agreement)
- Daily approx. 8 hours
Exhibition Assistance
- Skills needed: communication talent, understanding of natural sciences, English language skills are a plus.
- Employment period: 15.06.- 19.06.2022, daily approx. 8 hours
Film Programme Assistance
- Visitor admission, film discussion assistance, room maintenance
- Required skills: very good English language skills are a plus
- Employment period: 15.06.- 19.06.2022, daily approx. 8 hours
Infodesk / Ticket box / Visitor support
- Skills needed: communication talent, very good English language skills are a plus
- Employment period:: from 15.06.- 19.06.2022, daily approx. 8 hours
Panel / Talk Support
- Visitor admission, support speaker presentation
- Required skills: Mac and PC knowledge, PowerPoint
- Employment period: 15.06.- 19.06.2022, daily approx. 8 hours
Conference accreditation, venue management
- Skills needed: Organisational talent, friendly appearance, very good English skills
- Employment period:: 15.06. – 19.06.2022, daily approx. 8 hours
Driver
- Transfer of our prominent guests from science and media from Halle/Leipzig airport and main station to the hotel and festival locations
- Skills needed: safe driving style, very good English skills
- Employment period: 15.06 – 19.06.2022, times by agreement
