Dr. Veronika Zink | Guest at SILBERSALZ 2019
Dr. Veronika Zink is a sociologist working at the intersection of culture, economy and theories of modernization specifically focusing on the study of emotions. Currently she holds a postdoc position at the Institute of Sociology at the Martin-Luther University Halle. After studying Sociology, Philosophy, Art and Media Theory at University of Konstanz, she worked at the Cluster of Excellence “Languages of Emotions” at the Free University Berlin. In 2014 she received her PhD for a study on the socio-cultural logic of adoration.
