Born in Dresden, studied Media Dramaturgy at University of Mainz, fell in love with the film festivals atmosphere and has been touring the festival landscape ever since. Was one of four directors of the FILMZ-Festival in Mainz and project manager for AG Kurzfilm – German Short Film Association. Currently she is responsible for marketing, traffic administration and acquisitions at Albatross World Sales, a distribution company for documentary programs. Besides that she still takes on small festival jobs as a presenter, selection committee and jury member for example at Filmfest Dresden or Festival im Stadthafen Rostock.
